We are seeking a skilled UX designer to help us with content marketing projects.  

Core Responsibilities:

• Design post templates that improve our sites’ user metrics for SEO purposes (more dwell time on site, lower bounce rate, more conversions).  We need post templates for each keyword type:  ‘review post template’ ‘vs post template’ ‘list post template’  etc
• Design tools used to acquire links to our website.  Ideas and strategy for these tools are provided, but they need to be implemented.
• Improve website theme to maximize user metrics for SEO purposes
• Manage developers to make sure your vision becomes reality
• Research the audience and industry to create a design strategy tailored to them.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience doing UX design for content marketing purposes
• Ability to match design style of our industry (software reviews like thebalancesmb.com, g2.com, or capterra.com).  Design style should improve our credibility and trust with users.
• Knowledge of SEO and how search marketing works
• High attention to detail
• Perfectionist personality style
