Day to day, you'll create guided Video Tutorials for our YouTube Channel, as well as collaborate with other departments on other types of video content. You'll use your skills in motion and design to artfully explain complex topics in terms understandable by junior and prospective designers, empowering them to create.
Our ideal candidate is a creative, motivated, and passionate educator with a diverse set of creative skills. You'll have the opportunity to engage with our community, get creative, and explore new ways to empower and educate through visual mediums.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage end to end video production, from inception to delivery
- You'll ideate new videos, write scripts, record voice over audio and video, create visual assets, animate, edit, write descriptions, and publish final videos to YouTube
- Create eye-catching motion graphics to enhance instructional screen recordings
- Work with our Product and Engineering teams to understand how new and existing features work, and the problems they solve for our users
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Brand, Community, and Growth teams to coordinate positioning of our content for new feature launch days
- Create high-quality, and visually interesting Educational Figma Design files for public distribution that follow design best practices
- Identify key success metrics, perform lightweight analytics, and engage with our users in video comments
You might be a good fit if you have:
- Visual design experience in After Effects, Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop and especially Figma
- An ability to identify the optimal way to teach complex concepts or features, and are okay with abandoning ideas that didn't work along the way
- Craftsmanship and focus on the tiniest of details, while also thinking strategically
- A love for Figma and can use it to create visual assets, storyboard, and maybe design a product or app (If you don't know Figma yet, definitely play around with the product and check out our YouTube channel for tutorials! You'll need a large appetite to learn)
- Strong skills in project management with a proven ability to manage and deliver projects on-time, and remain agile in the face of ambiguity
