Arva is looking for a full-stack(preferred) or back-end developer with 5+ years of hands-on application development experience. We strongly prefer someone who has built full products/apps from the ground up rather than working on a few app components. Arva is a small 2-year old startup with a huge market potential so we prefer candidates with prior experience working at a smaller-company or startup. We also prefer Python, Django and AWS experience although it's not a requirement.  Our Ideal candidate knows how to lead projects on their own, create code and clearly articulate architectural decisions to our management and their dev team. Knowledge and experience working with different frameworks, third party tools and open source is also important.  As a lead developer, you will be responsible for the integration of ML algorithms into our Cloud-Based SaaS Agricultural analytics application, helping to keep the planet green and being integral to a newly discovered component for the world's food supply.
